The Epic Grind

The Epic Grind course ...

will take you on a beautiful trail run through forests and fields and along the water's edge as you're climbing up and over, crawling through and under, jumping, pushing, dragging, bending, balancing, getting a bit wet and dirty, and having a blast doing it!

Our obstacles are second to none! Designed and built to reuse materials, capable of reconstruction many times. These obstacles create challenges both mentally and physically, not merely for the buff and masculine to maraud over. Several of these obstacles actually activate a mental aspect; we've created decision making obstacles right alongside the fun and rigorous ones. No matter who you are, you will find this course fun, challenging, and creative.

The Epic Grind isn't just about competing a challenge, it's also about supporting our community.

This year our financial support will go towards those children who struggle with Type 1 Diabetes every minute, of every day. Help us help others through your registration with Epic Grind. A portion of every registration fee will be donated to help children with Type 1 diabetes who live with this autoimmune disease with the help of a diabetic alert dog. While waiting for a cure to be found, these incredible dogs are trained to sense falling and rising blood sugar, giving children with type 1 diabetes and their caregivers a sense of comfort and the ability to aggressively manage their health.
